Organizing/Saving

Greetings I’m trying to organize and save my VIRTUAL INSTRUMENT libraries,  DRUM LOOP/WAV LOOP files, and PRESETS (RC-20, Valhalla Reverbs) files in an organized way on my Mac Internal Hard Drive.

Any recommendations where to save all of these on my Mac Studio?

1. A lot of my Native Instrument and other libraries are already stored under USERS SHARED.  When I moved a non NI folder to a different location the original folder still stayed in USERS SHARED but also moves to the new location.
2. Also when I first click on Kontakt 7 or Komplete Kontrol a lot of the libraries have a blank picture.  However when I click Rack View and then click on the library the picture displays will show up.
