could be a difference in cdj timecode if input cable are different in traktor

I've a doubt about DVS and timecode,

I would like to know if input cables differ in quality and length, it may occur differences in outputed audio signal quality that traktor send to the mixer also if the output rca cable are identical.

Is a doubt that doesn't let me sleep at night,
