I have full Kontakt 7.7.0, but it does not have the essential widows at the top that I need. Why?

Two screenshots. First of my Kontakt and second the one I should have. Why is this?

    Click where it says LIBRARY - that swaps between the browser view and the instrument view.

    Thanks for your response. I've tried that and what you say is correct, but It doesn't make the top essential windows appear, as you can see, that are missing. Any other suggestions?

    This what I am missing on my version of full Kontakt 7.7.0

    Your version of Kontakt in the "My Kontakt" image is the latest version. The "as it should be" image is an earlier version which has icons instead of menu items.

    You can change the window layout in the "View" menu. Options and file related options are in the "File" menu, Click "LIBRARY" to switch between browser and rack/instrument views.
