Order in review. Cannot wait until monday.

Guys, if anyone from NI is around, I really needed an instrument download to work on a project THIS WEEKEND, today to be more precise, and it's stuck in review for 4 hours already. I really hope I won't have to wait until monday since it will be slightly useless for me then. Please, if anyone is around from support, I really need help reviewing the order asap.

    This is really unfortunate, guys. I am literally trying to work on a project now, which had to be finished by tomorrow, and my order is still under review. NI should do something about this proccess and automate it somehow. It's good that this is a measure to protect against fraudulent purchases and what not, but there must be an automated way to check this. People may need their downloads sooner than waiting for a workday to start. It's quite disappointing, really. I've sent out a support ticket but all in vain. Wrote on instagram, nothing. These things should be automated over the weekends and holidays. This never happened to me on any purchases from NI.

    Support do not work in the weekends. And neither do forum customer care !

    Kind of disappointing that customers can get stuck with this review for days. Understandable for delivery processing and physical goods, but when you sell products meant for download then I can't see how waiting for weekends and holidays to end is a solution for customers.
