Native Instruments won't install

I've just bought the native instruments collectors edition and it won't install. I click install and it says starting but the productions don't show in the installing tab and it doesn't move. I've tired installing everyone one by one too and that's the same. I've tried reinstalling the native access app a couple of times too and it's just not working.


Thought I should note that I don't get any errors messages showing. Just nothing happens at all.
