Have two serial numbers for Guitar Rig 7 and neither will let me activate the software.
My instance of GR7 Pro is stuck in demo mode. I've followed all of the guidances, all of the troubleshooting docks, have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, but nothing seems to work. Looking at my account page, it would appear as if I have two GR7 Pro serial numbers.
The first gives me this error:
MOD Uwe303 here: i deleted the picture cause it contained a serial, it showed also that the base product is missing
The second tells me the product is registered, but it never comes out of demo mode.
None of the help articles are helping.
Does anyone have any ideas??

Update on behalf of the OP: The problem stems from a double purchase of Guitar Rig 7.

Hello,
first:
on the first picture it said "base product missing" so i guess you don´t own gr5 or gr6 so that serial will only work with those base products.
second: so i guess you have tried all this?

I do own GR Pro 5 and have used it for years. Yes I've followed that help article.

ok then the first serial should have worked, have you also followed the link in the article that leads to the "my products" page. And you are logged in with the same account, or have you tried to log out and in again with native access? maybe we will need some help here from native support, they can have a look into your account directly and see what´s going on.

On my account page, I am showing two serial numbers. One that is the upgrade from GP5, and the other is the full new license of GP7.

i will mark @Kaiwan_NI ,you´ve tried all that stuff native access started as admin, i guess, we need help from registration support here. But please keep in mind, it´s sale right now, so it may take a bit of time.
