Traktor S4MK3 Jog problem

Hello,

I recently purchased a Traktor S4MK3 and after one and half weeks of usage the right jog plate stop working. I mean here the right side jog plate cannot move/seek the waveform. If iam in TT mode and i start a track aprox a half second later its stop and extremly slowly "auto" scatch the track. In Jog mode its not kill/stop the playing just i cannot move the waveform, when i to spin/seek with the jog it will extremly slowly go backward and cannot go to forward direction. IMHO useless.

We already try on multiple computer, multiple times reinstalled the traktor sw but no luck.

Little later I will make a video from it maybe better than my bad english :)

Anyone here saw a similar issues or have an idea what i can do with it?
