Fables not showing on Kontakt 7

I've followed all the procedures and have enough space.

Yet, I'm not able to find Fables in my Konktatk 7 Player.

The helpdesk is so slow to respond. I need help, please

Oh, I just updated Kontakt 7 and it worked. I can see it on the stand-alone App. Thank you very much for your kind intervention.

first do you see it in native access and have you already installed this product and if yes have you tried kontakt stand alone?

The product was downloaded and installed.

I see it in Native Access as installed and I can trace the path.

I've tried Kontakt stand-alone as well as in DAW - can't find it there.

Can you check if you see fables in that list:

Thanks for your kind responses and suggestions. If you see the two attachments, Fables is already well installed in Native Access. There's no error message whatsoever. I've reinstalled it just to be sure. I've restarted all the software and updated them (if any) - however, I can't find any fable in the Kontakt even with Komplete Kontrol. I've reached out to the help desk too but they are as slow as a snail.

I see 14 updates on your picture, maybe you need to update kontakt 7 player, please update all that stuff first - then start kontakt stand alone first and see if it helps, as far as I know fables needs a current version of kontakt.
