Komplete Audio 6 MK1 monitoring low volume

When I am using the direct monitoring feature of the Komplete Audio 6 (MK1) I get always a very low volume, even with the volume know in the maximum position.

Sometimes, during a remote call, If I raise the source input level so I can hear better , the person on the other side says it is too loud, but on my own monitoring is still low. And of course the volume playback of the K6 is perfectly loud. So I think my dirict monitoring suffers from low volume. Any other users encountered this issue?

Check your audio settings first.

If the settings are ok but the issue is not solved, I would recommend using a Volume plugin from Guitar Rig 7 Player.

That should solve it.

Thanks for your comments. However I am not referring to software monitoring, hence the use of plugin will not solve my issue. The issue is the hardware (or direct) monitoring of the Komplete Audio 6 being too low in volume, even with its volume knob at maximum.

Then you can use Volume plugin to back up the volume you need.

I had very similar issue with my DAW or certain tracks and it solved it.

Yes. My experience with the direct monitoring of the KA-2 was that it's borderline unusable, it has the worst direct monitoring experience of all interfaces I've ever used.
