Did you successfully opened and used NA without issues after that?

If you did, there is nothing to worry about.

And don't worry about NTKDaemon, it takes up around 30 Mb only.

When you use NA, it installs.

When you close NA, it deinstalls.

And so on and so forth.

No need for panic!

Nope, it doesn't uninstall the NKTDaemon. It's running on both my systems after running and closing Native Access.
