I purchased NI Session Percussionist today, but it isn't showing up in Native Access within the "Not Installed" Tab. The serial is accepted, but after the serial is accepted, the installer doesn't show up. What is happening here?

After adding the serial in Native Access' add serial then try logging out of Native Access and reboot computer and log in again. If that doesn't help then try this troubleshooter , if that does not help then you can get in touch with N.I. support here: http://bit.ly/NIsupport_install they can help with Native Access or provide an installer.

So. I got an offline installer for Session Percussionist from NI. It was installed, but it does not work with My Mac OS 10.15.7. only 12 and above apparently. I Cloned my system onto an external drive, upgraded to OS12, and ran my entire system Off the External drive (Slow AF, BTW), but it proved to me that SP worked with my subscription perfectly. it was the OS I'm not Upgrading just for Session Perc. nice as it is to play with. my mac was not fast enough to cope with the Capacity needed for the "Greedy" OS. Why Apple Makes it Impossible to Use "Older Macs" till they physically fail is Greedy and Controlling and Makes me sad.

Maybe NI has a shipping delay, I think.

@Milos, The Software was sent electronically. No physical boxes or disks. Native access is not allowing me to retrieve my software after adding my serial, which was emailed to me.
@PoorFellow. I tried this, but it had no effect. I sent another support ticket. Maybe this time they will help me. They never did for the past 2 times I asked them.

This is one of the most aggravating things about dealing with NI. Apparently if you order products over the weekend no one is there to validate the purchase and authorize it, so you have to wait until the weekend is over and someone can respond and release your purchase.

Here's what I do in response. I alway pay via PayPal. If, after purchasing I don't get the product released so that it shows up as downloadable in Native Access, I open a no delivery claim with PayPal. That seems to get their attention better as they are at risk of losing the sale not to mention building a nice long history of problems shipping product with PayPal...which is well deserved if you can't be bothered to monitor your sales on the weekend.

Well , not working for N.I. and not having any access to your support case history then I do not have any knowledge of it all the only one that could take a real look at things is @Jeremy_NI and he will not be back until some time after February 26th.
