Komplete 12 Update - Upgrading to Komplete 14 Standard

Hi there

I am looking to upgrade from 'Komplete 12 Update' to 'Komplete 14 Standard' as part of the current promotion; it is shown as an offer in my 'My Komplete Offers' section of my account.

However, when I look at the 'What's New For Me' page in relation to the upgrade, it does not list items such as 'Ozone 10' or 'Session Guitarist Mint' that are shown in the Komplete 14 Standard product list but which I do not currently have.

I may be misunderstanding things but could you clarify please?

If you don't own them now, and you don't for sure now with komplete 12 (standard I guess), you will definitely own them after the upgrade to Komplete 14 standard.
