MK3 doesn’t come with an AC charger?

I just bought the MK3 and realized it didn’t have an AC charger. Just the USB. I contacted the seller on Amazon (Gearnuts) and stated that the power supply is sold separately. Unboxing videos show the AC charger included.

There is a chance this item was used and sold as new. Anyway I can check the serial number to confirm?

    Firstly MK3 is not the product name. It's a Maschine.

    Secondly it's a power supply, not a charger - the Maschine doesn't have a battery.

    If I may add. Sometimes depending the country customs won't allow psu's or chargers because "electric safety regulations". i.e. on my country if you buy a chromecast with Google TV it won't come with the a/c adapter

    Interesting. I learned something new. I was thinking someone returned it and forgot to pack the charger. Thank you!
