Kontrol S49 “get latest update”

I’ve just received my Kontrol S49 MK3, hooked it up to my MacBook Pro and installed everything. The keyboard gives me a “get latest update” which I can’t seem to pass.

i believe I have everything downloaded, weird thing is Native Acces says Hardware Connection Service (and also Hypha and preview library) are installed but my products page on NI says it isn’t, see screenshot. Might there be the issue?

    Solved it, just needed to find the firmware update on NI website. The link on the screen of the keyboard not working kind of threw me off.
