Hallo - I bought Izotope RX10 in the Black Friday Sales.
After 3 days, even though my credit card has been charged, I have no download showing in my Izotope Product Portal (where I have several other Izotope Products). I thought I was buying from Izotope, yet when I contact support I am transferred to Native Instruments (I know NI took Izotope over).
I have a different email address with NI to the one I use at Izotope, I'm not sure if that has added to the problem, but either way, I have no product but have been charged for it. I have submitted support tickets with both my NI and Izotope email addr but, other than the stock reply, have had no response after 3 days.
How long does support take ?
