hi all.
any ideas why i might be getting these issues after ive tried all the steps such as re-installing plugins, checking the vst folder and deleting the prefs folder?

I would recommend either relocating the libraries or reinstalling the libraries within the plugin, not the plugin itself.

When asking for help then always supply any relevant information such as computer type OS version and program versions .
Your profiles says : macOS 12 and Processor M1 Max , so I suppose that is it ?
Also provide information if you are using apps as plugin or as stand-alone !
Did you also start the KK as standalone and let KK rescan for plugins ?
Also all N.I. apps needs to have full disk access in MAC security. And file system type of any disk used might have to be MAC file system !

thanks for this guys.
im on macOS 13.6.2 now but with a M1 Max CPU.
This happens both standalone and plugin in logic.
I rescanned both plugins and libraries in the standalone and plugin.
All my NI apps have full disk access.
What I dont understand is why, for example the Arturia stuff is scanned and added into the library but then cant load?
These are the error messages I get:

I am not really very knowledge able about MAC , but for starters I will link you to this Compatibility statement page : https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014900358-Compatibility-of-Native-Instruments-Products-on-macOS
and else I will call for @Jeremy_NI , who is a MAC expert, Jeremy could you please help apricotandpearjam ?
(Jeremy is very busy and it may take some time for him to get back to you , and as far as I know then also he only operates and day time European time)

@apricotandpearjam Regarding the first set of screenshots (mostly in Logic), are you trying to load old projects that were made on an Intel Mac on your M1 computer?
If this is the case you should open Logic in Rosetta mode: How to Open Your DAW Using Rosetta
Now in standalone, is it only the Arturia plug-ins that are giving you this error? Most of Arturia plug-ins were updated to support vst3 and the corresponding NKS files. How did you install these? From scratch or did you migrate from another system?

hi. it was made on an m1 machine in logic in rosetta which i still do now.
the only thing different is that i update komplete kontrol to 3 so no idea why i can’t open that patch.
i installed the arturia plugins via the normal artiria software center.

I think this is already the case based on what you said, but make sure:
- Your plug-ins (KK, Arturia, etc) are fully updated to the latest versions
- Make sure you do a full installation (do not deselect any options, particularly in the Arturia installer)
- Open the KK standalone application and rescan

thanks.
in regards to the missing kit with the '!' do you know why that might be?

That '!' usually means it can't find something, and is probably why Jeremy suggested re-installing with the full installer without making any option changes.
It can't find something, so it puts up the warning. So help it find the thing it's looking for. Could be the library, could be some other component.
And don't forget the full disk access as mentioned above too.
Good luck.

@apricotandpearjam If reinstalling does not do the job, you can also try to reset Komplete Kontrol 's database:
Reinitialize the KOMPLETE KONTROL Database
- Go to the following location on your computer:
- Macintosh HD > Users > *Your User Name* > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments
- Note: The User Library folder is hidden. See this article for instructions to access hidden macOS folders.
- Search through the Native Instruments folder at this location to find the KOMPLETE KONTROL folder.
- Delete only the KOMPLETE KONTROL folder found here.
- Note: Deleting other NI product folders could result in unexpected behavior with other applications.
- Reboot your computer and reopen the KOMPLETE KONTROL software to check that the issue has been resolved.
