I just updated from Komplete 13 to 14 cubase 12 won't load sounds in Komplete Kontrol

I've tried all the steps recommended for the Mac but no luck. When I load sounds in the standalone it works? Please help out

    What version of MacOS and Komplete Kontrol? When you say won't load sounds is that sounds for all instruments or just some of them? Any error messages?

    Hi, I try to use Komplete kontrol in Cubase 13 Pro (MacOS Sonoma on MacStudio M1): under Rosetta, it works, but with Cubase Native: Komplete Kontrol doesn't find the plug-ins. I have deleted the preferences, and all the files as requested by Native Instrument, reset the scan of plugins..., 2 times, , but nothing works

    OS 13.6.2 and newest version of Komplete Kontrol. All my other software from Soundtoys, waves, uaudio, and down the line always works fine on updates. Some of the plugins in Komplete Kontrol don't display their artwork correctly either. Okay this is interesting when I loaded up cubase without my external drive it rescaned and now it's working. my external drive doesn't have any of the sounds or plugins in it? Strange. I am still getting this error below.

    @thirdeyem I'm a bit cofused. Komplete Kontrol still can't find the plugins in Cubase?

    Make sure to give full disk access to Komplete Kontrol and Cubase: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

    Do you get a dialog in Komplete Kontrol when in Cubase? Can you post a screenshot?

    I gave full disc permission and when I unplug my external hard drive, that doesn’t have any native instruments information on it somehow it reloaded everything and it works now. The only issue I’m still having is some of the artwork on some of the plug-ins note display. It’s just a gray folder.

    Can you post screenshots of that? What do you mean by plugins note display?

    typo. Plugins will not display their artwork on the Komplete Kontrol Borwser.

    It's playing the preview on the side, but won't load the plugin?

    it works in standalone mode, but I get the plugin not found in cubase

    Restart your computer, can you load your instruments in Cubase now?

    About the Scanapp crash, can you check in the crash report, where we can see the Thread 0, there might be a hint on which plug-in is causing the problem.
