Komplete Kontrol Missing Some Presets - Normal?

I am using Komplete Kontrol 3.0.2. I recently learned that using Absynth as a standalone instrument gives you access to presets that are not available in Komplete Kontrol. The same is true for FM8, and I assume for others. Is there a way for Komplete Kontrol to display every available preset for all of my Native Instruments plugins? Thanks!!

    Yes, open Komplete Kontrol Settings/Library/User panel and browse to the folders where you have your user banks for those instruments (eg /Users/username/Documents/Native Instruments/Absynth 5/Sounds on my Mac) to add their paths, then update the database

    I wasn't 100% sure what you meant, so what I did was Settings -> Library then selected all my banks and hit rescan. Then I did Settings -> Plug-ins and hit rescan again. After exiting and relaunching the software, the problem has not been fixed. Is this what you meant in your instructions?
