My Order is since 7 days "in progress"

I purchased digital products 7 days ago and have not received a download link or serial number. My credit card has been charged. I have written several tickets to support, but I get no answer. I'm pretty desperate by now. Please help.

I have paid a lot of money and have not received any products.
