Hello, everyone

I just bought Komplete 14 Collector's Edition

I successfully installed all components except one - Guarneri Violin

I cannot install this one anyway, whichever way I tried

I have sufficient HDD space now

Native Access downloaded Guarneri Violin all right, but it failed to install anyway

So do any of you have this issue like me?

I will really appreciate if you can help me

There is no special error message. It just says "Download failed"

But actually that package is downloaded in my HDD drive

Maybe it has something to do with the folder.

I would recommend naking a custom folder for NI plugins (do not make this folder on the desktop, btw)

Then go to the File Management and change the locations to that folder.

@morphism Putting the download location at the root of your D drive is not the best, try creating a folder called "NI downloads" for example on this D drive and select this as destination.
