I haven't loged in to my Native Instruments account since the end of August 2023 due to illness.

When I try to log in to my Native Instruments account via Native Access I get :

Unable to log in. Please restart your computer and try again. If the problem persists, please

contact support.

Everything seems to be redone.

Please advise as to what steps to take.

If you have this type of issue then there are two things to always try !

1. Try using another browser , and in that browser use no plugins and also accept all cookies. Browsers suggested to try is e.g. Vivaldi browser and Opera browser (that to check for any problems in connection with the browser that you use !)
2. Try at another time , especially if sales are going on, there might be periodical problems !

Can you successfully login to your account on NI website?

If so, perhaps download and install the latest Native Access, restart your computer and try to connect directly with Native Access again.

Try using a different browser, and make sure you accept all cookies and not use any plugins. It is advised to test other browsers, such as Opera and Vivaldi, to see if there are any issues with the one you are using.
