Can I change the time signature of Kontakt's metronome?

It seems like such a basic thing to do, but I'm not able to use the metronome with anything other than 4/4. Then again, I took me a while to find the metronome in the first place. The manual doesn't mention anything besides volume and BPM and a forum search didn't yield anything either. What am I missing?

For context: I'm talking about the Kontakt 7 standalone application. I know I can use my DAW with the plugin as workaround, but I don't feel like opening the whole thing just to play the piano.

How did you find the metronome feature in Kontakt?

    It's somewhat hidden:

    1. Click the "View" menu.
    2. Select "Master". If the option is missing, make sure to select "Rack View" first.
    3. In the "Master" panel, click the metronome icon to activate it.

    Interesting.

Unfortunately, I did not find the feature to change the signature...

You can do this in DAW only, for now.

Somewhat disappointing that in June 2024 there is still not a fix for something as basic as a time signature change for the built in metronome in Kontakt 7. It comes in all time signatures as long as its four beats. It would have been far better and more professional to just have a one beat tone and to have avoided the emphasis beat on every forth beat.
