Bug on crossgrade

I'm trying to buy a crossgrade for Music Production Suite 6 I already own a previous version and the condition is :

This crossgrade only works for registered users of Komplete 2-14 Standard, Komplete 8 -14 Ultimate, Komplete 12-14 Ultimate Collector's Edition.

But I also own Komplete 14 Ultimate.

And I can't find any sort of support from NI

Just click the Add to cart ! (AJOUTER AU PANIER) , I can put in cart and I only have Komplete Standard as of yet ! It is only yellow to tell you that you have to own the product shown ! , you can still buy ! (So as far as I can tell then there is no bug !)

Else : If you have the required 'base' product for the 'upgrade' and if the shop does not work as intended then you will have to ask support to help you ! https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/sections/360000092537

Based on previous staff posts, however, this is a known bug - albeit only a purely visual one. You can crossgrade to Music Production Suite 6.
