Kontakt 7 Problem

So yesterday i bought kontakt 7, and now as i try to open the application of it all of my sounds just goes away? cant listen to music, cant hear youtube videos sounds or anything and only solution is to turn pc off and on again... so if anybody has had this same problem how did you solve it?

You only write PC , but I will gather that you mean OS = Windows. On Windows always at least make a manually created restore point prior to any tinkering (preferably also prior to any new installs !) :

Check you driver sound driver settings !

If using Asio4ALL then check the settings of that !

Someone else reported using FlexASIO , I never heard of that before but you could try it if you want..

What audio interface are you using, and what drivers? Some audio interfaces just don't work nicely when you mix Windows and ASIO audio, while others work fine playing both at a time.
