Kontakt 7 has VERY slow loading times.

Hi everyone,

Is it me, or has Kontakt become ridiculously slow? I've jumped straight to version 7 from 5.

I've been waiting over 10 minutes for 60's drummer to load into Maschine (as a plugin in Live 11).

Content is on an SSD, loading into 32GB of DDR4 RAM

OS is on an NVMe

Windows 11 i9-9900k

OK It looks like i needed to lead it stand-alone first before loading it into a DAW or KK

Try to use Task Manager if you use the Kontakt7 with a daw.

Click on the name of the daw and choose set affinity or something.

I've restarted my PC no change

Started Maschine in stand-alone mode and still no change.

Opening a ticket.

And you need to click the 3 lines icon first.

The 3 lines that are down there, not in the up.

The Details icon.

Then you search the daw name and then click set affinity or the other icon next to it (it also begins with 'set' but i dont know the full name of it cuz i dont have my laptop now) and then change the performance from normal to real time.
