Komplete Kontrol 3.0.3 Update takes a long time to load

Good evening,

how long does it take to update Komplete Kontrol?

It's been at least 20 minutes, I find that strange for a small file of 250MB.

    Well my memory is really limited,

    I've already had this type of problem and I just found Terry's message which really helped me out.

    For those who one day find themselves in the same situation.

    Bonjour Pascal, 

    Merci de votre message et nos excuses pour le délai, nous connaissons actuellement une période de forte affluence. 

     Veuillez vous rendre dans le répertoire suivant:

    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center

     Supprimez ensuite le fichier .xml suivant :

    Native Access.xml

     Redémarrez ensuite votre ordinateur et Native Access.

     Merci de me faire savoir si cela vous aide à résoudre le problème.

    Are you sure it's still downloading and hasn't errored out?

    Good evening, I think there is a bug, the Kontakt 7 update is on standby, and the Komplete update is still going strong.

    I just reinstalled Native Access and it's still the same.

    Just give it time, servers are possibly being hammered with lots of people downloading.

    For sure. I plan to wait a few hours. I've got other things that need doing first, anyhow.

    And thank you to NI for giving us another hotfix just before the US Thanksgiving holiday. Nicely done!

    Well the good news is it downloaded, just taking it's time during the installation process. I would just let it run overnight, I seem to remember someone else having a similar issue on this forum.

    Hello,

    I am still installing Komplete Kontrol.

    I uninstalled Native Access, then cleaner, then reinstalled Native but the installation is still moving.

    I note the time 07:51.

    Is there a possibility in case it completely blocks Native from reinitializing it?

    I tried to run the update rpogram, I get this error message.

    It can't find the source file of Komplete Kontrol.

    I just reinstalled Komplete Kontrol 2.9.6 Installer.zip, the two elements reappeared again, I let the magic work.

    Please turn off any connected NI device(s) to your computer and the update should be almost instantly finishing the installation.

    Worked for me on 2 devices which I had the same issue.

    The method proposed by Terry to delete the file is also effective.
