I Was looking forwards to this new komplete Kontrol, however I've had nothing but trouble. Firstly it didn't arrive at the appointed time - I'm astonished that anyone would go with UPS, it was ages late - and - everyday the manager told another lie. It's true I'm an amateur, and not a technician but neither am I completely clueless. What I am not is wealthy and I invested in this Kontrol and Cubase 13 and and its a new computer. It is as far as I can see meant to come out of the box, and after a few tweaks in Cubase (which I carried out properly) Its Plug and play. I don't want to be steered to this article and that article. You get the gist.

    Mathew, I have calmed down please accept my apologies. I was very upset about shipping, let's forget that.

    I'm not technically gifted and try as I might I cannot get it to work in Cubase, despite following every instruction I have been offered. It works in standalone with the controller head sounds are loud, clear and does what it is suppose to - no problem although in the same mode depressed keys are very quiet. Now when it comes to Cubase I fail to make sense of it, I have been on youtube with N.I. Brian following his tips and Dom from Cubase, who can't praise it enough - so I've done my best to learn. Many other vids also, and now I just feel demoralised. My smaller Arturia's work OK, without the obvious functionality with the same Cubase settings.

    Look, I'm an old guy and it doesn't come easy to me, I got over heated and frustrated - I'm suitably embarrassed. I will apologise to the forum.
