Play Series voucher for buying Kontakt 7 through reseller during sale?

The NI site says that if we buy or upgrade / crossgrade to Kontakt 7 during this sale we'll be sent a voucher for 2 free Play Series instruments of our choice. Will we also get the voucher if we buy through a reseller like Plugin Boutique and register it with NI before the end of the sale?
