why do my featured librarys etc dont install

so im new ti Nativ acess and wanted to install the software that came with my a49 and it is downloading itself but at some point its just not going further ( the littel withe bar just goes from left to right for eternity) whatsa wrong and please help me

    Try to check your internet connection.

    It might help.

    Either that,or change the folder location in File Management by making a custom folder on a desktop.

    It helped me when i had the issue.
