Yes, we are rather sure. The N.I. forum service person are usually not here during the weekends so we can not call for help , not that it should be required here. If you do not trust us to be right then contact customer support for the N.I. web shop and ask them , you ought to have plenty of time as the sale should go on until December 13. (Only because of the sale then expect that it could take a while for customer service to get back to you , maybe up to a week)

Basically you get Kontakt 7 full version.

Experience:

I got Kontakt 7 full version with Crossgrade because i have Prime Bassist and the Kontakt 7 has all the features that full version should have.

If you have full version of Kontakt 6, you get Kontakt 7 for even cheaper price because K6 is connected to the update.

I ask because I recently purchased a similar offer but it turned out that it was just libraries. The company helped me and I got a refund. The receipt is attached.

God forbid. I have no doubt in your credibility. I just wanted to be safe from my own insecurity alone. Thank you very much for your help! If I may ask another question: I downloaded Kontakt 7, but for some reason when I try to install the 'factory library 2, I get the message "download failed" or something similar. I tried to use the guides on the website but the problem was not solved. The rest of the libraries download without a problem. Maybe you have a solution? I'm using Mac mini with M2

For MAC users it is generally very important that all N.I. apps have full disk access and are given full access in the security center in the MAC OS. (How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS) In some cases also troubles have arisen because drives were not formatted using the APFS. Also there must be enough space on both download drive and install drive !

This thread also suggests that for some people it has helped to change the download location, create a new folder and set it as download folder, then try again. (quote : Uwe303) .
