Hi everyone.

For some reason Kontakt reports 'Library not found' for Session Horns Pro and Mashine Drum Selection. However, when I load any of the snapshots, the instruments and samples load OK and are fully playable.

Is there something I need to do about it, or is it just some sort of database bug?

Thanks.

I would recommend reinstallation of these libraries.

Hi Milos. Thanks for your reply.

I tried that, but no change, unfortunately. Quite strange.

Anything else I can try, or time to contact NI Support?

Maybe you should use File Management.

But first, create a custom desktop folder.

Then with the File Management, change the library location of VST or VST3 to desktop folder you just created, and then try to reinstall the libraries.

Thanks again for your reply Milos.

Still no joy. I have sent the issue into NI support. Will see what they say.

    Cheers.

Maybe you should ask or message Kymeia.

He has bigger knowledge for NI in general and probably better experience than me.

    That person could help you.

@AMD Well, there seems to be some confusion here, on these screenshots, it's the Kontakt Factory Library and Evolve Mutations that seem to be missing, ession Horns Pro and Mashine Drum Selection are fine here.

    @Jeremy_NI Well spotted, thanks.

Native Access shows both are installed and the installations paths are correct. Should I reinstall both of them, or uninstall first, then reinstall?

@AMD Reinstalling should fix the issue.
