Traktor Pro 3 problème avec processeur AMD

Bonjour à tous.

Je rencontre un très gros problème avec le logiciel Traktor Pro 3

Je possède comme controleur le TRAKTOR S4 MK3

La configue de mon pc est la suivante. ASUS TUF GAMING A 17

Processeur : AMD Ryzen 7 4800H - 8 coeurs 2.90 GHz

Mémoire RAM : 32 Go

Systèm d'exploitation : Windows 10 Famille en 64 Bits

Traktor est installé sur le disque c qui est un mvme. Ma musique est sur un autre disque D qui est aussi un mvme.

Fifmware du controleur la 0.6.1

les pilotes pour le controleur date de 2018 et 2019 aucune mise à jour depuis est proposé.

Tous les pilotes sont a jour, j'ai supprimé les mise en veille automatique des disque dur et l'extinction des port usb afin d'etre tranquille.

Mon problème est le suivant.

Le logiciel plante complètement aléatoirement 6 fois en 2 h 30 et parfois rien du tout.

si je pousse le process buffer à 1024 et le usb buffer à 4 ms la ca fonctionne mais du coup il y a de la latence pour faire les transition.

Hello everyone.

I am having a very big problem with the Traktor Pro 3 software

I have the TRAKTOR S4 MK3 as a controller.

Traktor is installed on disk c which is an mvme. My music is on another D disk which is also a mvme.

Fifmware controller 0.6.1

the drivers for the controller date from 2018 and 2019 no update since is offered.

All the drivers are up to date, I removed the automatic standby of the hard drive and the shutdown of the USB port in order to have peace of mind.

My issue is the following.

The software crashes completely randomly 6 times in 2.5 hours and sometimes nothing at all.

if I push the process buffer to 1024 and the usb buffer to 4 ms it works but suddenly there is latency to make the transitions.
