Traktor Kontrol S2 MK3 with iPad

Hi guys,

my Traktor Kontrol S2 MK3 is usually powered up (via USB) by the M1 MacBook Air, no power supply needed. It lasts for few hours.

I'm wondering if that can also be done with a latest iPad.

there is a amperage draw on every device that connects to apple devices using lightening... if it exceeds the threshold of what a ipad or iphone can supply then you would require a powered hub of some sort battery or wall socket

unsure about the usb-c iphone ipads *shrugs
