No sound on my controller

hi there,

There's no sound on my Kawai VPC1 when I open Kontakt Player. It tells me no external drive is connected. Please advise

Hello,

what instrument are you trying to open? What if you open an instrument from the libraries tab? And if you have successfully opened an instrument you have to set in the preferences the midi in from the VPC1 as active like shown here:
