machine plus does not turn on at startup

good morning, I have a problem with the machine plus

When I turn it on, the menu with all the applications loaded initially no longer opens. The writing "machine+" remains on the first screen, "prodction and performance system" on the second screen. Can you help me please

Is it connected to a computer via USB?

Connected via USB to the soundcard ?? What are you trying to do?

Connect it directly to the computer's USB.

Disconnect absolutely everything, then connect the power supply.

Does the power button start glowing red? And does it start now?
