Kontakt 7.7 Release Update

This bug should have been fixed beginning with Kontakt 7.6.1. Can you still repro with 7.6.1/7.7.0?

Yes. It has been a constant issue since 7.4, and I can still reproduce it reliably 100%. I made a video that shows the repro case. Since I can't post links with this account yet, I'll drop this image with the YouTube URL:
Today, I tried rolling back to 7.3 as I still have an installer. Prior to install, I deleted the Kontakt databases and preferences. Even though the instance loads in the DAW, I get this error:
It also does not load with any of the previous instruments or routing, but it does let me set everything up again. I bring this up because going back to a previous version no longer seems like a viable workaround, meaning I'm stuck with a non-functioning product.

May I ask how you were able to install it on Sonoma? NA is still non functional for me on Sonoma 🧐

I have it installed on Sonoma too, not had any problems with that so far. Just installed the usual way using Native Access

Adding ads into your software was the worst possible idea.

Agree, I can subscribe to a newsletter to get news on new software - but stop using software/sample browsers to push for new products! This is really really bad UX!
Stop this NOW.
There are many offenders, Softube does this in Console 1, and I hate it - complained about multiple times (no option to turn it off). Everything seems to get worse with new ownership at NI. Marketing/sales stay out of my sample player! 😡
Btw support high res images on sample librarie art in browser!
Adil_NI fix this!

I would be grateful for more focus on stability. I don't need the new fluff like the library overlay page at all.
When using plugin-hosting plugins Kontakt sometimes displays erratic behavior when disabling and then re-enabling the track that it's on. (No sound on MIDI channels greater than 1, and/or crashes)
I have seen it happen (and I can reliably reproduce it) in Cubase and Studio One with Unify as well as Blue Cat Patchwork. The fact that it does that across different DAWs and wrappers tells me that Kontakt is at least part of the culprit.

And it still takes 1min 12 seconds to start up compared to Kontakt 6 instant startup, this is a big step backwards, it was 45 seconds which is bad enough.... geez....

As repeatedly mentioned elsewhere, Kontakt 7 still takes over 2 minutes to initially load in both Reaper and Bitwig. Kontakt 6 never had such problems.
Any indications as to what I could be doing myself to discover why this is the case would be helpful.

Are your libraries on an external disk or anything? My startup time is about 15 seconds with Cubase and I'm only on a i7 11900.
