Native Access not working

I doble-click on the Native Access 2 icon, and it tells me that it needs user authentication and ask for my credentials, I carefully input my credentials, then I get a white square, on the top it reads Native Access and there is a spinning wheel that just spins for hours but the Native Access application never opens.

Any suggestion? I looked and tried all the suggestion on the NI website without any success.

Can anyone help me please? Should I try to re-install Native Access 2?

I think it is asking for your computer admin credentials, not your Native Instruments login/password. Just enter your computer user and password.

Yes , try to download and re-install Native Access. When you install then run the installer as an Administrator. And after install then also try to start the Native Access itself as an Admin.
