Hello, which download folder? In Native Access or my PC?

On windows it's the folder "downloads" (standard download folder for native access), you should find it easily in the file browser in the user folder. Under C: > Users > Public > Downloads

No, native access downloads the installation files there, installs the stuff and deletes then the install files, also isos. Can you try to explicitly start native access as admin, by right clicking and select "start as administrator"

So, just for clarification, you were probably installing it to the default folder, which should be Program Files. This folder needs administrative rights to write to, so, the solution from Uwe303 would have helped: Starting Native Access with admin rights. Because, then, Native Access has the appropriate rights to install into that folder.

Just for explanation. Of course, it is better to change the VST location in Native Access, to install to the "right" folder on your system. And, in general, it is highly recommended to have your VST folder in folders different to Program Files or Program Files (x86), which need admin rights to write to.

It's a bit unfortunate that, obviously for historical reason, the "default" VST path still seems to be Program Files/Vstplugins. I think it has to do with Cubase, because it's that DAWs default VST location.
