Unable to login to Native Access

Hey, I am running native access version 3.5.1 on mac os ventura. Upon launching native access, I login with my email and password, then it says setting up native access. Followed by this message: unable to log in. please restart your computer and tryagain. If the problem persists please contact support. Ive restarted my computer about 3 times now, went thru the same process, 3 times and still the same message. Please Help, as I'm trying to install some new libraries!

Try downloading and installing Native Access again:

https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/

The latest version (at the time of this writing) is 3.7.0.
