Scarbee Rickenbacker bass missing samples files

Hi all, my Komplete configuration works well, I only have one issue with the Scarbee Rickenbacker bass instrument. When I select the .nki I get an error message saying that thousands of samples are missing. My other Scarbee instruments works well, as the MK I keyboard for instance.

The install in Native Access looks OK. I do have a \Samples folder under the Scarbee instrument, it contains 2 .nkc and 2 .nkr files. Is there a way to resintall the instrument? Any idea what could be wrong?

You should be able to re-download the entire instrument in Native Access by clicking the three dots as shown below.

Trying to fix everything imo is a unnecessary waste of your time.

Downloads can fail if the partition/drive ran out of free space where your download folder is. This happened to me a couple weeks ago, and that's when I learned that I only had 50MB free on that drive partition. Luckily, I had almost a TB of available space elsewhere on that physical SDD, so I just used my partition manager to move things around and add frees space. Problem solved.

Pro Tip: Any time you move partitions around on a drive, be sure to go back to your backup software and make sure that nothing got changed under the covers. I have seen my backup definitions change by accident/mistake because a partition got mis-lettered or something. Not reviewing this can land you in hot water where you THINK you're backing up all partitions, but in reality you're not backing up what you THINK you're backing up. "Trust but verify" comes to mind.

I have 100Gb available on that disk, it should be good enough.
