Where are my Komplete offers ? (Have been looking forward to the Cyber sale hoping discounts would be at least as good as at the previous summer sale)

Coming soon!

Thank you very much ! 🙂

Does it mean that different sales will appear gradually? Is there any chance for something big like 9 expansions for 99$ for example?

Yeah I was woefully disappointed after reading all the posts about how big the sales normally are, and then seeing the current deals. I picked up Komplete Standard a few months back and I'm looking forward to upgrading to collectors edition. I need to find a RSS feed for Arturia and NI sales lol, I feel like I'm always just reading about them after they end.

Slightly off-topic, but it's great to see former free one-time gifts (Yangqin, Hypha and Irish Harp) making a comeback in Komplete Start 🙂
@reffahcs By the sound of it, more deals will get gradually revealed. Keep your eyes peeled.

Is the M32 (and/or all controllers) deal with Komplete valid if I go down the street and buy one at retail?
Thanks!
1 -
Yes more sales will be rolled out gradually throughout the season. There'll be an offer for expansions, but I can't say if it'll be 9 for 99. 😀
2 -
Yes you're qualified for the free Komplete 14 Select as well if you buy the keyboard at a local retailer.

How would anyone besides you and your local dealer know the answer to that one ?
You will simply have to check. Normally the N.I. deal works with approved dealers , like E.g. German on-line shop Thomann : https://www.thomann.de/gb/native_instruments_komplete_kontrol_m32.htm
But what the shop down the street from you have I wouldn't know as little as I couldn't tell what 'arrangement' they have with Native Instruments.
What I can tell you is that people buying from On-line dealers usually are very nervous about if they get their stuff while the offer lasts and N.I. usually have a 'grace period' anyway , but I don't work for N.I. so I can not give you any warranties. Also usual N.I. forum 'liaison' Jeremy_NI is not here until the 6th so there is no calling on Jeremy just yet !

Thank you .
Incidentally Native Instruments needs to be a whole lot more clear about the expansions to pick with Machine deals : https://community.native-instruments.com/discussion/18171/cyber-deal-2023

Dude...I've been around since dirt. Let's see, start with being one of the three original Sequential global sales/product people. That makes me old enough to be impatient with time wasters. Do me a favor, if you see me ask/comment, save your derisive, abrasive and completely useless commentary for people who need it, or are fans of those behaviors. I am not. When I ask a question it will be direct and easily understood. "At retail" does not suggest buying from a street vendor, take it at face value. Also, if I trusted the retailer, in this case Guitar Center, to have the slightest clue, I would ask them but I know better. Instead I brought it to the source. Your answer was the equivalent of answering with an "I don't know" which would also have been a waste of time, but a blessedly shorter waste of time. Next time you find yourself enamored of the sound of your own voice, think twice about its mellifluous melodic qualities and cap it. My .02.
Thanks!😎

Appreciate the feedback. We'll take a look at how we can make the process more straightforward on our website.
Here's the process if you wanna pick up the free expansions:
- Purchase Maschine and wait for delivery.
- Register the Maschine hardware serial number.
- You'll receive an email containing a voucher for free expansions.
- Apply the voucher during checkout to get the free expansions.

Hi Kaiwan_NI ,
Thank you very much for the kind answer. Problem however is not about if the 'process' is straightforward or not , that is all part of the actual process of the actual buying..
Problem is that when people want to check before they buy what they get if they buy then N.I. does not really mention anything in specific to what people are allowed to select/pick or not select/pick and there ought to have been at least a link to a page showing what people are allowed to select/pick to be their 'up to twelve free expansions' as part of the Cyber Season Machine deals ! Thank you !
