Cannot use Kontrol S88 MK3 play, record and stop buttons in FL Studio

Hello,

I have followed youtube video to setting the midi setting in FL studio version 21 but i still caannot use Kontrol S88 MK3 play, record and stop buttons in FL Studio. When i tried to use Komplete Kontrol in FL studio, it cannot load the Sample properly and prompt the message as below photo.

Please help me to solve this issue.
