Why didn’t I get any presets when I ordered Guitar Rig 7 Pro?
Your preset browser is showing only user presets, because the user content button is pressed.
It's button number 2 as indicated here in the manual

@Eddie_NI the underlying problem here is this reliance on indistinct subtle shades of grey to tell the user if they are in factory or user across several NI products. This really isn’t an accessible approach, or even good design
This is not the first time this issue has occurred with NI apps that have this single icon for switching, it used to be much clearer when there were separate icons with text cues for factory and user
Hello,
have you tried gr7 stand alone first?
@Kitfox1 , can you add a screenshot of the presetmenu? Is this your first GR version? Grtz, Wouter
I don't know why it came out upside down, but this it what I have. When I watched the video,it said it would have at least 100 presets. It has none.
What do I need to do?

Have you tried to deactivate the user presets, right from the search bar the little man sign. And what graphics card do you use, have you the latest drivers installed, it should of course not show upside down.
This is why the toggle between user and factory content in all NI products needs to be much more distinctive and accessible. Komplete Kontrol used to have different icons with text cues for this, much better than reducing it all to one icon and 2 slightly different shades of grey.
I found them. Just had to click on the "man" icon. Thanks for everyone's help.
With that last problem solved, does anyone know if NI still puts out Guitar Rig 5 Pro? I have the free one. Can't find any place that sells it. I think it has better presets than the GR7Pro. I can use this one but,if you use a DEMO,you can only be on it for 30 minutes, then it shuts down, and you just have to turn off then back on. I would rather not do it that way. If there's a way i can upgrade it,please let me know. By the way,I thought I had found one,but the guy is just stealing peoples money,he got mine, lol.
Yes , you have to be careful no matter where you try to buy. There is also a Buy / Sell / Trade here : https://community.native-instruments.com/discussion/62/buy-sell-trade
Buying or Selling a Native Instruments Product Second-Hand : https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/210288845-Buying-or-Selling-a-Native-Instruments-Product-Second-Hand
You can import all the Guitar Rig 5 presets into Guitar Rig 7. You find them in
c:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Guitar Rig 5\Rack Presets\
on your hard drive.
@Kymeia I personally do fully agree with you on that. But the only thing I can do is bring it to the attention of our designers, which I will do.
