error when opening gentleman, demo appears and the minilab includes the license for this product.

Hello, I just purchased the minilab 3 and it came as a gift in gentleman, but when I open it in the 2 daws that I use (FL and Ableton), it appears as a DEMO version. I don't know how to solve this error, since I have the serial number but in the daw it detects it as a demo. how can I solve that? I can provide the number so that a technician can help me.
