My S61 mk3 keyboard gets stuck on the “welcome add your serial in native instrument” page
Also, firmware update doesn't work. I have the impression that a driver is missing. the keyboard is not recognized.
What to do? Thank you all

You're probably on a Windows machine? Please check some of the existing threads, this seems to be a problem for some users.
