native acces cannot find install harddisc

Trying to install my komplete on my labtop. Its allready installed on my stationary PC.

When trying to install, I downloaded newest version of Native Acces, but I could only download Controler Edit, Kontakt 6 player, Kontakt 7 player and Reactor 6.

There was no download tap showing content from the install harddrive.

What should I do? (works perfectly on my stationary PC).

    Install hard disc should have nothing to do with this. Once registered, the products you own should appear in NA ready to install from there (hard disc is not necessary anymore).

    What it seems to me is it is possible in your computer you logged to NA with a different account (did you ever created 2 accounts back in the days?). The products that are appearing are the free ones (except for Reaktor 6, which has also a Demo version, therefore it could be the free version too).

    Check if the account you are logging in with your laptop is the same as the one in your working computer.
