I never seen NI expansions sold anywhere else (differently from the applications or some libraries, that you can find also on sites like PluginBoutique, sometimes even at a better price), therefore if you want their “original” ones I’m afraid NI shop is the only place.
There are also third party expansions, like the ones in Loopmasters

Oh… I forgot maybe the most useful suggestion, that will also make you spare some money: buying them second hand from other users (I have some to sell too, if you are interested ☺️: Infamous Flow, Chromatic Fire, Conant Gardens, Crate Cuts, Soul Magic)
