No option to download instrument, only locate

I recently got a free instrument for Kontkat, The Real Paino. But on Native Access, it only offers the option to locate the instrument, and there is no option to actually download it. The instrument version shows as 0.0.0

Has anyone experienced this, or have any way to fix it?

    Ah thank you very much. I feel a bit dumb, clearly I didn't read the instrctions very well. I think I got confused as the serial registered on Native Access. But I'm downloading it from Pulse now. Thanks for responding and helping out this fool so quickly 👍️
