Does Reaktor have Mater Tuning (in Hertz) similar to Kontakt?

There's no global control or anything like that, but it's easy to build these sorts of things in Reaktor. The Exp(F) & Log(F) modules (in primary) and P2F & F2P macros (in core) are your friends.

There is a master tune and level module, you would need to scale your values to numeric pitch values as it does not work on frequency, but on midi pitch numbers.

It does however affect the global tuning of Reaktor.

Pretty sure these modules work but if this is a midi instrument, it might be easiest to simply add or subtract from the midi note modules output.
