New Maschine Plus - Only Controller mode Stuck on “Performance and Production System”

Hey Everyone,

The screens works great in standalone, but when I reboot into Controller mode with Maschine software open my screens are stuck on the screen that says “Performance and Production System.” The buttons work fine and work with the software but the screens are stuck and show me no info.

I’ve tried all USB ports, uninstalling and reinstalling all drivers, and updating all optional windows drivers. I even reset my whole Maschine+ and signed back into Native Access manually.

On my windows PC, there are two yellow exclamation points in my device manager once I enter controller mode: Maschine Plus BD and Maschine Plus DFU both don’t have drivers.

What can I do?

Also, when I look for those two drivers manually, Windows can’t find them in program files>native instruments.

Make sure you don't have the AC adapter plugged into maschine plus when you are using it in controller mode.

And make sure you are using the square end of the host out USB-B port from the back of maschine plus (not using and into a USB A port on the computer.

@Jeremy_NI So I get yellow exclamation points in my device manager next to MaschinePlus BD and MaschinePlus DFU. I manually searched for the drivers in MK3 Asio inf folder and it did not install anything.

Everything else is running or good.

I also just learned my Maschine+ isnt recognized by the Maschine+ Updater tool.
